At ENERI Communications ("ENERI"), we have created this privacy statement because we are concerned about protecting your privacy. We collect information to process transactions between users and third parties, and to help personalize your experience on our site. Please read on for more information about our privacy statement.

The Information We Collect and How We Use It

We log browser information (e.g.Internet Protocol addresses and browser types) to help serve our customers by diagnosing problems with our server, gathering broad demographic information and otherwise administering our Site. This information also helps identify you to ENERI when you visit our Site.

We also collect information from you when you register at our site. Our registration form requires users to give us contact information (like name, email address and address). The contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary, such as to answer questions, give a shipping status for the items you have ordered.

ENERI may conduct online surveys, product giveaways or other similar promotional contests for which we will ask visitors for certain general information (e.g. zip code, age, or income level) to participate in these activities. We may use provided contact information to contact participants notifying them of their status in such an activity. Although we do not currently share any information connected on our site, we may in the future share such information on an aggregate basis only, and thus, would not disclose any personally identifying information.

We do not currently sell, trade, or rent the personal information that you provide. We may choose to do so with trustworthy Customers in the future, and would state that on any privacy statement if we changed our policy. Please review this privacy statement frequently.

Users can opt out of ENERI's various programs, contests and other available options and thus stop receiving communications from us by contacting ENERI Communications (see CONTACT page for e-mail link) asking that no further contact with you or collection of your information occur. If you choose to opt out of ENERI's Site services, it is possible and likely that we will not be able to provide any services to you.

Children Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under thirteen years of age. If you are under thirteen, please do not submit any information to our Site.
